OT: So that's about 6 times the price of HDD storage. Guess we'll reach price parity around just after 2020 then.

Well using it as storage is obviously still expensive. Idea is mainly to boot you OS from it and put other disk intensive applications on it. I run my OS and 3 VMs from mine and it makes the world's difference.

For similar system (x3216) that was on sale with onedayonly you gonna pay 12k with these guys, same as non-sale price advertised on onedayonly

Thanks, seems like the handle small imports from the USA. So no local stock.

Yes, Takealot are taking a bit longer now. I chose to collect from the Takealot warehouse on Thursday, my order says the earliest I can collect is Tuesday, once I receive an email.
