I don't blame them. It's only the second day after the hard lockdown. So you can imagine how many orders they have to go through and probably not even at full staff yet.

I'd be patient, it will get to you.

Placed my order last week Tuesday and they only shipped it yesterday so I think they working through it all. I called them yesterday around midday and was 74th in the Queue for 2 hours so I can just imagine the backlog they working through.

Talking under correction, but Evetech might only have started shipping out orders from yesterday anyways. So depends on how many orders are on backlog...

I ordered something from Wootware yesterday and received my tracking number this morning. Takealot is quick as usual but I haven't heard anything from my PcLink order... although I did receive an email back from them saying they're processing orders now from date of payment...

I understand this, but I don’t agree with it. Given the situation we are in people are struggling financially and they are complaining that they received “too many orders and struggling to keep up”..

I don’t really care, you took my money and many others looking at the complaints recently. Work 24 hours a day and sort it out. Don’t cut you phone lines and close early.. ( i phoned at 15h30 today and the response was we are closed at the moment).

And to think Rebeltech closed while Evetech can't deliver all their orders...
 
Still showing waiting payment from Evetech sigh. That is pretty slow to be honest, it was an eft from FNB to FNB.

Yesterday they were busy with last Tuesday's orders someone posted.
