Do they have touch media controls volume and pause fast for/rev?
How do they compare to the latest Apple Buds Pro?

I wouldn’t buy the earphones compared to the AirPod Pro’s. Swapped over to the Pros and haven’t regretted it one bit. The headphones are a different story though.

Looks like a "VG271U S" - I'd like to give it a try to replace my old XG270HU (VA), basically seems like the IPS version of it, but alas, I must spend dosh on another battery for load shedding..
Anyone with one of these?
no I think it's the vg272u v

Wanted to buy one of these as they were still R99 2 days ago.

They are R449 now...

So the actual selling price is probably like 50 bucks.

Great special on a monitor. 27" 1440p 170hz Acer. R6k.

ok so We bought 2 of them for office use for 2 developers seeing as it's 1440p and 170hz and cheaper than most 1440p or at least not much more expensive. All i can say is wow for that price it's worth it. Having it on onboard igpu on a 13700k and it works great one via hdmi (144Hz) and another on Displayport *170hz) and it runs just fine. Picture quality is great.

For some reason it feels much smoother than my pg279q and I think pixel response time might be a bit better. One think that is good to know but might be useless that the igpu from the 13700k supports adaptive refresh rate

Great review. I don't "need" one, but I've been wanting to set up my laptop as it's own workstation after my other 27" Mecer monitor died... Flipping hell, maybe I'll Payflex it to feel less guilty about it

Did it have a USB C ?

Never heard of Rougeware... Are the SSDs legit? Seems like Takealot ratings are good.
It seems like a fairly decent generic.

SMI controllers are ok,
Yes dell is va so I will rather take the Acer monitor any day of the week
VA is typically better for Text due to higher contrast, but the pixel response is a bit slower.

I tend to recommend VA for people who do not game.
