The only downside is that you can only earn eBucks when purchasing books, music, DVDs, games, software, toys & hobbies and Verimark products, not from any electronic goods. Still it works out nicely, and if you are an avid collector of any of the above, you should be able to earn quite a few eBucks in a year. You get 4 ebucks for every R10 you spend.

That's even better than the FNB credit card deal - 1eBuck for every R10 spent on the card:eek:.

Hey guys ... I'm hoping its ok that I post this here ... I currently have a special on 5% off all gfx cards (The special price is on the site).

If any of the mods feel this post is SPAM or something, just PM and I will edit it :p ...

Even better would be to buy something from Kalahari.net WITH your FNB CC. That way you earn more points. On a R300 item it would be 120eB from Kalahari and 30eB from FNB for a total of 150eB (R15).

Would all eBucks accumulate in the same account?

Interesting idea there...

Yes. Your FNB CC would be linked to a specific eBucks account. When ordering from Kalahari you enter the account number for that eBucks account and the eBucks from both actions would be added to that account.

Depends what you are running, it will give the system a bit more of a performance boost.
But I used 512mb until Jan this year and was happy with it.
But pricewise, yes, it is way more expensive ... hence why I never actually upgraded the ram in my old system :p

512MB Extra will blow new life into that machine! I'll dig around for some prices. I assume it is DDR400 :)

Its a MS-6533 supports PC2700 DDR333 Ram

Don't even bother with DDR333 ram. DDR400 is cheaper and is backwards compatable so it will work with that motherboard of yours. The cheapest I can find:

512MB Kingmax @ R197.54 + R50 Delivery
512MB Alpica @ R228 + R17.16 Delivery - with 5 years warranty

Is there another supplier for Sapphire besides Frontosa, because a lot of these prices are below my cost?
