Makro has a Seagate 2tb External Harddrive for R799.
Valid for Friday only.
I received the special for Springfield Durban, but it is possible other branches are offering it as well.

Incredible have Windows 8 Pro again for R699. I hope it's the full standalone editions like the launch special they had.
 
I know this is a hardware thread, but I don't see any similar thread under software or gaming. Plus, I doubt those threads have as much exposure. Mods, remove if it's an issue please.

Steam is having a sale this weeked, don't know if it's Black Friday related, but I got Sleeping Dogs for $25, and Portal 2 for $5...worth it, if you ask me. Only downside is having to download the game data.

It is the autumn special and not Black Friday related. You should start a thread under Gaming about this if you feel so inclined imo.

Wasn't sure if there was one created already, search turned up nothing...but will give it a go...
 
Same as last week, WD 3TB 3.5" SATA HDD for R1199 at Mitabyte. I've emailed them for more specs, will update this post when they reply.

Anyone ordered from them before? I suppose some form of delivery insurance is advised? I'm in CPT they are in Durbs.

EDIT:
Mitabyte reply 1: "If u want to can take insurance but u will have to fit that cost as well, as once it leaves our premises we won’t be responsible for damage or goods gone missing"

Reply 2: "u can (call) UTI and query with them wit regards to the warranty

I have the DURBAN number : 031 7927500".

This is becoming not really worth the time, hassle and risk...
