I bought office xp a couple of years back from PCGameWorld in OEM packaging (after the manager said it's the same but without the packaging). I found out it was illegal, got pissed at the guy and reported the store to the BSA. A year later the store got closed down. Shows you that some people actually do their job and it also shows you what happens if you do illegal stuff.... hee hee.

No wonder last time when I visited Sandton square I could not find that store anymore (a few empty chassis left inside).

Seems worthwhile paying R100 or so more to insure you get it from somewhere reputable that is still going to be around in a couple of years...

Wasn't in Sandton, sorry. But I'm assuming that maybe they might have been busted on a larger than-simply-one-store scale.

If anyone knows of any cheap HDD specials, especially in the CT area, then this is the place to put them! :)
