Just picked up 2 of these 4TB puppies from IC at the advertised price, they had 8 left at The Pav, now to crack them open and drop them into my unraid array.

Sorted..... well for a while at least :)
 
Garmin GPS

Any tips on Garmin Specials or where the cheapest place to buy one is? I need a Garmin with Lifetime Maps. Current list of lifetime map units are:

Google maps are great for the city but it doesn't know a dirt road from a tar road and I have been sent through all kinds of strange places over terrible roads.

Went to hifi corp opening specials in tygervalley , no wireless mouses left :(

Through they have MS wireless mouse 3000 for R100 marked down from R289.

Not part of the opening specials , so they had quite a few left.

For those who purchased any recent 3TB/2TB Verbatim HDDs, here is the instructions to get to the sata drive out that i received via email. Please read them carefully and note warranty will be void ...

- You need to put the device upside down and you need to see the back of the device.
- For start you will probably need to use a screwdriver to lift the upper part of the cover.
- Once it is lifted a bit, you need to hold the upper cover on both sides and lift it more so that it can be removed fully. While doing that, please pay attention to the on/off button so that it does not break.
- Once the cover is removed, the hard disk can be disconnected from the SATA connection.

On another note, you guys think we will see massive price reductions on current generation Intel CPUs before the next one launches 3rd quarter? Really looking forward to a lower TDP and some speed increases on the mobile platforms. :)

Looking for some thing with 8gbs of ram, ssd, retina display, i7 processor.
