i went to dionwired and there is nothing listed under promotions

Ahhh, but you forgot to mention the fine print...... Cash price is R4999 (without MWeb contract). pity....

There is indeed a very small fine print under the ad that states it is subject to a 12 month MWeb 2GB cap ADSL contract at R145pm. It is so small I completely overlooked it, sorry.

They further state that the price without the contract is R4999.

What price was this? The damn search function doesn't even work on their site and I can't find the HP 311. Game has it for R5000 but that's too much for me and I'm in the Cape so I can't take advantage of Dion Wired.

Didn't think I would say this based on past experience but I saw one of the new Mecer laptops and the quality is much better than the stuff IC is selling and the price is low and the tech is new.

To put wirless N as well as ATi 512Mb Radeon 4570 standard for that price mean they are way ahead of the competition.
