well, wootware normally has many specials, maybe sometimes on Rebeltech and Evetech, otherwise, you can always go carbonite for the second hand route

I ordered one. Going to sell my RX 480. Was going to wait for Vega but it will be a lot more expensive and not sure I really need all that power, this card looks rad anyway and is water cooled.

That's an amazing price. I wonder why the prices are still so high with local suppliers, the Fury line-up should start selling cheap as Vega approaches.
