Has anyone else been spammed by "D-Net"?

Over the past few weeks I have receiving spam from a company claiming to be D-Net from Gauteng.
All the emails are titled "Computer Assistance" and all have the following body text:

However - each one comes from a different email address, the following have been used recently:
[email protected] - 29 August 2008
[email protected] - 7 May 2008
[email protected] - 13 June 2008
[email protected] - 29 July 2008

I have reported this to SAIX.

Can anyone else help with stopping this idiot???

I have also seen an increase in the last couple of months for local companies guilty of SPAM. And most of them do not contain an opt-out link, as required by local law. Maybe the time is right for a local do-not-call or do-not-spam register.

Direct Marketers Association of South Africa

DMASA.org runs an "opt-out register", which is a black list that all compliant SA marketers have to cross-check against. The group is trying to make this check mandatory for all marketers, but the law hasn't been passed yet. I'm on the list and have noticed a *serious* reduction in cellphone marketing and spam from South Africa.

I often get spammed by this idiot. Quite ironic that - being spammed by a computer "specialist"!!! I certainly know who I WON'T call when my computer crashes or I need to buy a new pc.

Anyway, a bit of research suggests that the spammers name is Bryan and he hides behind various Yahoo e-mail addresses. He also uses [email protected].

And if you look on http://www.pretoria.co.za/component/option,com_directory/page,byletter/alpha,d/Itemid,31/ you'll see that he also hides behind various other company names:

DriNetworking
29 Basil Street Ferndale
Randburg

and:

Driver Networking Systems
26 St Jame St Ferndale
Randburg

And if you look on:
http://www.midrandcommunity.co.za/component/option,com_sobi/task,details/catid,62/id,274/Itemid,146/ you'll see that he's also hiding behind the "A-Drinet Systems" name too!

And, just for a bit of fun, do a Amazon.com ISBN number search using his CELL PHONE NUMBER (i.e. search for ISBN 0825422876) - maybe Bryan should read that book and repent!

There are a few other more personal things that can be easily discovered about this idiot too! If he carries on spamming maybe I should publish them for your "delight"... But you certainly shouldn't trust him with your computer hardware.

No amount of contacting SAIX Abuse really helps, this spammer has been at it for 3 years, SAIX does not take any action

Their marketers keep registering new domains just to send their spam for C2IT.

Can we also add my stupid sister-in-law to the ban list because of her stupid reply-to-all and forward to simply ask "is this a good deal?" ... "no, you silly cow, now I'm on some dumb spam list!"
