Has Digichilli Launched?

Hi can someone help me.

I just made a payment of R300 for spicy package...It said Payment Successful, and after that nothing.

no emails as yet for any adsl account details....

how long it takes ?
 
I registered.
I subscribed.
I paid.
And now I wait (hoping it actually doesn't take 24 hours)
 
Having the same issue as Krakipoo. I originally registered and selected the Spicy option but would like to change it to the Mild package before paying (since I'll be sharing the connection with someone).

Tried changing my current package by going to the "Heat me up" section but it had no effect when going to the payments page (still displays R300, also does not include the 20% discount).

Can I just do an internet transfer of R400 (R500 [Mild] - 20% = R400) into your bank account with my email address as the reference?

Oh and on the email I received earlier it had the following:

Subscription for Dec'09: R 150.00, not sure how that is calculated?

How ironic that on the payments page, there's that piece on "Tips for safe online shopping"

I quote:

Always make sure that you have entered secure pages when filling in your credit card details. Lookout for a small yellow lock commonly seen at the bottom right of your browser.
 
Guys signup, but skip the payment section until the pages are made secure. The site appears to still be a work in progress.
 
Maybe the following line of code should be commented out in your php mail function

I'm sure good ol Kelly and Mary would love my new login details :-)

And, agreed with jak3, be wary of the payment pages, they are not being served up with a secure connection, neither is the form being posted to a secured page, which would be half acceptable.
 
Hoping they smooth all these issues out on Monday. Really like to pay and get cracking...
 
Digichill seems to be failing hard on the security front.
Sad I WAS considering them.
Hope everything goes ok for those who signed up.

So, anyone can pay by EFT. The 'Direct Debit' is also an EFT. It may just take longer to reconcile and activate as it not a fully automated process. Sending proof on payment will speed this up. Fax: 086 538 2458.
