can you ask Makhula Chilli why you request credit card and debit card info via unsecured pages?

I am off to pay directly into the DigiChilli bank account at FNB and will then fax you the proof of payment.....:D
 
OK, So I signed up and was mailed a username and password. If I don't do the payment, I can't use the account? Or is this a test account?

I got screamer when I saw digichilli was not gonna launch. I'm gonna try them for a couple of months, so I can't afford this one as well.

Can you ask Makhula Chilli when the customers that have paid will receive there account details?
 
We are about to pull down the site down for a while to check why the security isn't working properly as yet.

All activation information will sent out during the course of the day.

I received an email saying that my subscription was ready (And Decembers price was R0.00), and all I had to do was log into the Web Site and update details. Couldn't find connection details anywhere.
I went through the whole subscription process (bit strange as they claimed I was subscribed already) and gave them my Credit Card details.
And, still nothing. No connection details whatsoever.
Very tempted to reverse the charges and go to WebAfrica. Might cost more, but at least I know they are not a scam
 
help...my e-mail address which I have to use for reference doesn't fit into the box......what must i do......am in the FNB right now

DigiChilli isn't a scam either ;) They wouldn't go through all the testing and crap just 2 run away with a couple of hundred Rand, just give it a day for them 2 sort the site. But ultimately its your choice :) I have found my home though :)

thanks for that ''rose_vz''.....i ended up just putting the first part of my e-mail address......:D

will pm him now.....
 
After speaking to the sales lady at DigiChilli and being offered a 48 hour test account, I tried to signup and I get as far as the page for Debit order signup, I click the link and it is a blank page. Dave any idea when I can signup, I assume this is because of what was? I cannot go through another screamer isp hell gauntlet.
