How are speeds now, gonna pay by eft as soon as their website is online again :D
 
Has anybody who signed up and paid last night received their ADSL account details yet? I paid by credit card and I am still waiting...:(
 
Hi guys , any new account holders wanna show us a speedtest and pings on games like WoW etc ?

I was gonna do that, but the site security stopped me in my tracks. I paid by EFT earlier today and opted to rather email and fax proof of payment to make sure they get it. I spoke to one of the managers who said I should just transfer R240.00 (R300 less 20%) and fax the proof of payment.

He did mention that they are working through the payments received, matching payments with the username and then creating the accounts...hopefully that will be today still.

For what it's worth, he mentioned the uptake was phenomenal :)

Also EFT'd earlier today (under a different username since I couldn't downgrade to spicy and instead just used my secondary sign up that I made weeks ago "just in case" such a problem arose) and am awaiting my details.

Dave mailed me a few hours ago though confirming that they're still planning on releasing the accounts today and that the manual process of matching first time payments is slowing them down a bit.

I'm assuming that it's supposed to be for all of us now? I wanted to pay on Saturday already but they were down then and now everything is still mixed up, so I'm not too sure what would happen if I were to just drop R240 in via eft...

Browsing is perfectly fine for me. Torrents running at 220 kB/s.

yes, if you sighed up before 8pm on friday then it's only R240..

it is great now I changed from opendns to google and it is great.....

the downloading is flying.....
 
So Monday has come and gone and still waiting. Cant believe this isn't an automated process. But I guess they are a new company and still working on their systems
