It's good that you are patient, and I have read the mail, and it clearly states "It can take up to 24 hrs to get your useird and password information to you"

I did a CC payment, not an EFT... and I have now waited 35 hours.

This has become a VERY frustrating and annoying experience.
 
Hey, Digichilli is pop - I guess they could charge more like everyone else, hire more staff and offload the cost to the consumer. It will settle down tho. I say patience :)

  • Site is up.
  • Dirty maintenance picture is put away.
  • Payments are now secure.
  • Changes to payment procedures iro changing packages at time of payment have been implemented.
  • Forum is up and running on the Chilli site.
  • All DSL signups details are being sent out first, i.e. now.
  • Reset passwords on site for those affected by encryption change are still to be sent out. :DImminently:D

It's "up" now - for a given definition of up. There seem to be no links to any details on any of the packages, so I'm not entirely sure how anyone is supposed to decide which they want, let alone buy one.

I'll go back to sitting on the sidelines watching. Between this bunfight and the Screamer one, I've not had so much fun in ages.

Its been a scream so far.

If you touch the 'home' button on the main menu softly, that info will pop up.

I already subscribed on Sunday and Paid on monday but now the site has changed allowing you to choose which 'Chilli' option you want and it also shows how much to Pay.

any news...not good so far.

*registered with them last week.
*wanted to sign into site after they went "live" on sat,could only login after resetting my password.
*paid via eft for service.and sent proof to them(twice)
*yesterday site up and down
*emailed support re username and password for dsl,no response
*phoned support centre now,wanted to take my email so the support team can respond,i refused,seeing they did not respond to previous msgs.also,they had none of my details,which i entered when regged as customer...like my email and ph number?
*someone going to ph me back now.....

must say,not cool.i would love to use these guys,but i wonder if cheaper rates.worth all this hassle?

They getting there,,, im just wondering why they do not want to put the associate speed under each package and why you have to go to FAQ to see what the speeds are.

Dave it might be to your benefit to include information on the speeds on the package page.
 
I really hate the wait for things like this. Not a complaint, know you guys are trying your best but it doesn't help my impatience and excitement :p
