Has Digichilli Launched?

I do see your point there but it's only a problem if you actually plan on downloading 750GIGS per month which...realistically not many people are going to even want. (I'm sure there are *some* but not many who'd hit THAT high of a pinnacle)

Over a short term/medium download amount period the deal works out alot better. If I'm only planning on downloading between 60-120gigs per month then why should I pay R900 for uncapped?

Was hoping they'd have a good system down by now, couple minutes max per account if not automatic. Unless they got thousands of applications...

Good point, I think Id still prefer to "save up" my downloads till I have 1.5TB (2 months) worth and then goto Axxess and download rather than crawl along for 10 months. 5Gigs Afrihost is fine for me in the interim between capless phases. 750Gigs isnt that much really,especially with HD media streaming these days!
 
Still nothing my side... this has got to be the worst service from any company I have ever dealt with... quick to take your money, not so quick to give you the service you paid for.

You guys are making me really nervous here - only been a few hours, but I am expecting the worse now.

From what I have read - if you pay via EFT, it takes 48 hours to receive the payment, then up to another 24 hours to create the account. So, if you have paid via EFT, expect a long wait
 
This is going past frustrating into really annoying territory!

*person on call centre dont understand the word support,or technical department...
*tells me there is now support,all out for day.
*ask to speak to accounts dept,cause i want to cancel,puts me through to another person that wants to send me the official company position regarding people not receiving there details/problems.

this is some bad *****.****ing awefull service.worst ever,worst than when i bought a tata indica...and that says alot.
 
isnt it normal to have these teething problems. all i see is people complaining and not being patient. did u guys put in thousands of rands or like R300?
 
thank goodness i didn't signup as yet got my log in details yesterday and dont no what made me not signup, now i prob wait and see. Ok R300 is not much but still it's R300 of my money
 
yes, there is lots of pessimism going on here. I'm just gonna buy a prepaid account and hold on until they send me the details.....

If I dont have an account by next week , then I will start getting worried.....

Think about it.... time is money and money is time... some people are spending that R300 for good causes especially when its business related and now its pretty much going down the drain due to incompetence... so you gotta understand for some it can get quite frustrating when your business is being affected by this problem...:rolleyes:

@digichilli this is bull****t i am fed up with waiting for digichilli and just getting ignored the entire time this is make or break and its looking more and more like a break to me :(
