Completed the AMG full day course at Zwartkops about 10 years ago. Should be made mandatory for new learners/drivers.
Theres a difference between practicing to the point before your body goes into a reflex mode sensing trouble and when your body switch to reflex mode, you usually cannot remember those seconds well or at all, what your hands or and feet did or did not do.
If you go into a reflex mode, what happens in next 3 seconds is what counts, and if you got the wrong reflex, its unlikely a course of one day will do it other than having fun and expectations about safety.
To change a reflex takes many dedicated practice sessions understanding the concept of changing it. Thats why book knowledge does not help, neither quick fixes, as we can see with accidents still happenning after millions & millions spend on the aspect of safety over many years.
Accidents can and will happen due to our ability to make mistakes(Various reasons, if you got the right reflexes in your system, you will experience narrow escapes, or maybe somebody else has that day and save you both, if you have time to sense, thats why you must keep your eyes on the road 100% at least not distracted(Also in many ways).
I doubt new learners can get wrong reflexes corrected in any fast ways of learning, the best that can happen is they become aware of theres more to it, but what-? Theres a practically issue as a result. I have seen how experienced racers got killed with wrong reflexes.
