Oh no, I frequently take the first step. It's the second step that I never get around to.

Thats been my problem since getting back - and why I'm paying someone to lead me to step 5 :)

I plan to have lost 10kg by the end of April - lets see what happens.

I think in general american/canadian food is just worse for you.. Also picked up about 10 kilos overseas in about 4 months.. Went through a canadian town that had no shops, but had a Taco Bell, Mc Donalds, KFC, Wendys, etc all next to each other and a petrol station..

My diet consisted of Tam-Tams and Pizza - didn't want to cook anything at the flat I was renting - no dishwasher, and no domestic :(

It seems most people who go to Europe for an extended period of time, return (much) heavier.

Why is that? Weather? Comfort eating? Homesickness?

I spent 6 months in 2004 touring Europe and I gained weight too.

Cold weather makes your body less fuel which makes you put on weight, atleast that is my theory :)

Your body should burn more as it tries to keep your temperature up...

Hi Natasha, it's nice to see you back here :)

Hey Blu,

Things going well?

yes, today is the first day since I started a new job that I actually have nothing to do :D

Hopefully, things will be more manageable now allowing a daily dose of mybb..

Glad to see a lot of the same names still going strong here..

Great.

Nice to have more females here .... quite a lot now: Niccia, Hot Choc, Mila, Alisia, and a few others.

Ahem.

I'd like to think I'm a bit more noticeable than being lumped in with "a few others"

:D

I've just started going to gym etc. This week hasn't been so good though. Just been busy going out and stuff every day, and then it was too miserable/rainy/cold to go yesterday. I'm 90kg with body fat % of around 20-21%. I've gone from size 32 pants to 36 being a bit too tight in the last 2 years.

Surely if one starts buying bigger sizes, it's an indication of weight gain?
