Heartbeat printing

Does someone know of software I can use to remove a hearbeat from a sonar dvd and then print it?

I would like to print and frame it for the baby room.

Should be an image (jpg, bmp, etc). Just open it and print it.

If a movie, you might want to try Adobe Elements so you can view frame by frame - even Nero might do it. Otherwise play it and pause. Then do screenprint - Try Wisdom Screenhunter (free version) to capture clear image.
