Hellmann's - What junk is this?

Bought a bottle today.
It tastes a lot more like homemade mayo than the normal store bought mayo, for one it isn't drowning in sugar.

The texture is weird , I had it with a baked potato it's definitely closer to a whipped sour cream than a normal store bought mayo in that regard.

So far I don't hate it with potatoes but I'll need to experiment more with other foods but this does seem like a good option if you want to lower your sugar intake.

Nola ingredient list:

Sunflower Oil (52%), Water, Sugar, Stabiliser, Egg, Salt, Mustard, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Lactic Acid), Colour (E104, E110), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Sorbic Acid.

There's more sugar in it than actual egg.

Helmans ingredient list

Soybean oil, water, whole eggs and egg yolks, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice, calcium disodium edta (used to protect quality), natural flavors.

Just to be different, I personally like the Checkers house brand mayo, it tastes different to all other mayos. Normally around R18 a bottle.

There's a cheap vegan mayo I bought from I bought from my local spar for around R14 a bottle, surprisingly tasty. It doesn't taste like any other mayo but tasted good in sandwiches and extremely good with sweet corn.
I can't remember the name but it was a really small white bottle.
