HELP BitComet

Hi there, i hope that there are some torrent users out there who can assist me.
I'm running XP SP3 and have downloaded the latest version 1.3 of BitComet but it will not install on my PC.
I get this message.
"This program uses Unicode and requires Windows NT/2000/XP"
The old version worked intemitently hence the upgrade.

Hi guys,thanks for your responses however I have resolved the problem.
I downloaded the Zipped file and installed it from that.
