Help! - Download an .exe

Long story short :

I erased a file from my PC that allows me to get on the net - so I have zero connectivity except for my iPad.

I found the file on the iPad and downloaded it ... But is there a way to get it to my PC to run it?
 
A driver. ..

I just want it on the PC :/

I think Steve decided that we shouldn't for our own protection - it appears that I can only reach the photos that way :/

I tried iTunes as well ... But unless I'm supposed to do something special, I can't see the file either
 
When you plug your device into iTunes under the Apps tab you can access specific files in certain apps thru the box at the bottom.

Edit: Ok, here is how you do it.

If you havent got it yet, get Terra browser from the app store. Use that to download the file.

Then plug the iPad into iTunes and go to the apps tab, scroll to the bottom and select Terra in the left hand box, your file should be available on the right hand side.

I will have to try that ...

But there must be a way to access a file I've downloaded?
I mean - how would I delete it then?
Surely I need to see it?
 
Ah - got my internet working on a real PC ...!

So now the question remains - how do I remove the file from the iPad?
