I don't know about corrupt but when I was involved with animal charities in Joburg the general opinion seemed to be that they were dodgy. My issue is that they seem to think they're the only valid authority on animal care and would rather destroy animals than try to find them a place at another shelter.

I honestly thought it would be funny to hit RPM with a big enough figure that he'd regret making the offer, but it turns out that there are way more miserable cvnts around here than I suspected.

Well PETA does the exact same thing, they have mass cremation chambers.They rather kill an animal than see it 'suffer'( caring for it indefinitely is not an option).
