I can't comment on a charity, but definitely got my support.

Please support in any which way you can and whichever organisation you feel inclined to assist. The organizers have requested non-perishable foods instead of perishables, for example.

We are praying for some rain and it has been forecast for today and tomorrow along the Southern Cape coast. More bottled water has been donated than what has fallen from the skies over the last month. I'm not sure of the Knysna dam levels but the PE dams are at an average of 36% full and declining. At least two pump stations are out of commission due to the fires and repair work cannot begin yet.

Several small fires flared up again around Port Elizabeth overnight. Almost a week of fires now... and the metro is still covered in smoke and ash.
