Help me choose a new fibre ISP

Leaving Cool Ideas at the end of the month, would like some feedback on some of my options.

I'm located in Table View, we only have Octotel here. I'm looking for >= 200/200 uncapped connection and need an ISP that has half decent customer support.

So far my short list is as follows:

1. RocketNet 200/200 (R1395pm + R750 activation)
2. Supersonic 200/200 (R1515pm)
3. WebAfrica Premium 200/200 (R1629pm)
4. RSAWeb 200/200 (R1519pm)

I'm leaning towards RocketNet at the moment mainly because they're cheaper and have a forum reps here. Anyone ISP I'm missing?

I would have liked to add Vox to this list but they don't do a 200/200 Octotel option.

With rocketnet in JHB on vuma for about 5 months now. Cannot fault them.

What's wrong with CISP? Is it not the Octotel problem with network not ISP?

Their support structure is terrible, basically relies on PBCool being around on the forums and if he's not good luck trying to get any support from their ticket system.

With Rocketnet on Vumatel as well. No issues with Rocketnet themselves.

I just sent it from your website, will I still get a ticket number? I was just curious about migrations, and what that involved - I think I got most of the info I need regarding that now from Atomic. I assume you also have some kind of migration fee?

No migration fee, however we do have an activation fee.
