Help me cool this bad boy

I saw that my CPU temps run above 70 degrees celsius under heavy load. They seem to be at about 45 when idle. My i7 920 is running the stock intel cooler.

What cooling system should I look at? Say cost at max R1,000.

Hopefully this pic of my rig will help.

The case is a Aerocool Zerodegree Gaming Chassis if that helps.

it would be interesting to see how you get the mobo installed if you changed how the mobo is installed in the chassis

I hate those chassis where the mobo is upside down, it looks so wrong

You should get a box with decent cooling man, do you have any fan on that pc other than the cpu fan which looks to be sucking all the hot air from your vga card.

yeah the aerocool has a fan as one of the side panels. also has one in the front panel

Get a coolermaster CM690 chassis. It has a lot of spaces for fans. As for your CPU, the CM Hyper 212 is very nice.
