Hi hi..well im with MWEB 4mb uncapped..

I just read about their new CND level 3..haha but ja

I get the it's faster and more stable..but can someone explain it in english for me what this actually means for me as an MWEB client..

You will get content much 'faster' as its cached locally. Actually think more like snappier.

For example - Ping test to a server in SA- +/- 30ms
Ping test to a international server +/- 200ms

CDNs place the heavier content of the bigger websites on servers closer to you. Sometimes the whole website is copied to a local server but often its just the pictures and videos.

Take Facebook for example: it is an international website but most of the pictures are served from local servers. This makes the pages load faster and reduces the load on international circuits.

It is done with DNS tricks through the ISPs server. This is why you should always use your ISPs DNS server to get the best performance.
