We currently have 3 analogue phone lines, (one is also our ADSL line) connected to wireless DECT handsets (8 handsets) used by 5 people.
Ideally we would like to have 1 handset per user (5 total) with auto call answer, waiting and option for caller to choose the person he wants to speak to. If we could have only 1 or 2 numbers incoming it would be a bonus.
Is there a way of doing this without using VOIP?
It's my understanding that you can have 2 lines per physical line if you convert the analogue lines to ISDN.
Any help would be appreciated.

For that size office you should look at a hosted PBX, which will give you that functionality plus a lot more.

Drop me a PM if you like and I'll get someone to give you a call.

I endorse what Claotech says , you should go hosted but any hosted solution needs quality last mile connection , PM me where you are and i may be able to assist.

Samsung OS7030.

Can take up to 4 analogue trunks, six analogue extensions, four digital extensions and is VOIP compatible.

Also has a built in auto-attendant.

PM me for more details. :D
