Help needed with SAIX and IS

Hello, as you know, in FF you can set your proxy to say for example DSL-CACHE.SAIX.NET port 8080 for SAIX (to make it faster and to be able to view youtube and stuff). That is normally for telkom bandwith. So, if you are with Afrihost, and they use IS, what would be the information that I would need to add for the IS? Would it be DSL-CACHE.IS.NET and what would the port number be?

Check if they are using a Transparent Proxy Server.

On an Axxess Prepay - no proxy.
