I Hate Telkom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhh!

For those of you experiencing DNS difficulties, please manually set your DNS server to one of our secondary backup servers:

Ter: 196.40.108.28

For All Users:
Go to Control Panel>Network Connections and select your local network.
Click Properties, then select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
Click Properties.

You will see a window - this is the Internet Protocol window. Select "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter the desired DNS server(s) in the space(s) provided.

You will know you're "having" DNS issues, if your computer is unable to resolve domain names. If your browser gets stuck on the "Looking up www.domain.com" and then times out, you're having DNS issues.
