Hi Gian

Sorry to have to bother you once again with issues.

As you know last month I made the mistake with the account numbers and have since then had it corrected. If my proper account fails FNB will be in for a bashing from me.

Anyway back on topic, last month when I signed up for the 5GB account I also at the time bought a 1GB top up. Which I see failed with the debit order. It would seem that it tried to use the wrong account number. As a result my account is suspended again, however I have paid the outstanding R29 via EFT. Waiting for a response from the account department.

Another thing, last night I topped up with 3GB *before 12am* and after 12 I upgraded my account to the 10GB account. Now looking in Client Zone I see it shows that I have used 0GB of 10GB however it says I am capped.

At the same time what happened to the 3GB top up I bought last night?

Wow - does look quite complex!

I'm going to PM you the email of one of our guys and gals who will help you out.

WRT the 3 GB topup - These topups do not rollover :( So this traffic would have expired last night cos it's the end of the month. Ask the guy whose details I send you to rollover this 3 GB's for you to the end of this month.

But please note for the future that top-ups do not rollover - if you want to get GB's that rollover then please rather buy the prepaid GB's for R49 / GB

ROFL it gets worse 1HOUR before the new month and I only have a 384K line:eek:

I thought the top ups rollover to the new month.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck, eh Lino... Next time you'll be more careful about what you do... :)
 
Gian maybe you should consider putting a warning when buying a top-up on the last day of the month for noobs ;)
