Sorry to have to bother you once again with issues.
As you know last month I made the mistake with the account numbers and have since then had it corrected. If my proper account fails FNB will be in for a bashing from me.
Anyway back on topic, last month when I signed up for the 5GB account I also at the time bought a 1GB top up. Which I see failed with the debit order. It would seem that it tried to use the wrong account number. As a result my account is suspended again, however I have paid the outstanding R29 via EFT. Waiting for a response from the account department.
Another thing, last night I topped up with 3GB *before 12am* and after 12 I upgraded my account to the 10GB account. Now looking in Client Zone I see it shows that I have used 0GB of 10GB however it says I am capped.
At the same time what happened to the 3GB top up I bought last night?
