HELP Please need to find a good Scheduling Software option

Hello all

I am currently working at an educational facility, and I am looking for a (hopefully) free scheduling software.

What I need it to do in essence is to be able to:
• Book out resources and rooms
• Run multiple project/groups, so I can keep track of who has booked what and when
• Single user input is fine, but I need to be able export to html so I can publish the updates to a network

Please if you have any questions that will help you too help me, please post them and I will answer them asap.

Well if you have Internet Access and Google Calendar, I would use that. It is extremely flexible and supports inter-user calendars which can be shared. It also supports notification by SMS, e-mail and pop-up.
