Help with Openweb

Hello

My router has a orange light thats on. I think my settings are out.

I have tried to contact openweb with no success. It says my username and password are incorrect where can I get this?

I am really disappointed with the lack of support from them wifi down since this morning.

Thanks for the info, I am going to HelloPeter because this is absolutely a waste of money

I signed a 24month contract with them and not very happy

ja, sorry pal. Cancel and move on with your life. Try and reverse their debit order with your bank if possible, cancelling is another schlep that'll sap your will to live.
