This is what gets me. They say

The Business ADSL Express service is a managed service, whereby the customers usage is monitored and recorded. The service is allocated a certain threshold for the month which is divided into a 10 day rolling window.

How is this uncapped when they allocate a threshold??

They just halve your speed! If you are a big downloader ( hem hem! the WHOLE point of uncapped ) you will run permanently at half speed because you will ALWAYS be over the limit. So you would effectively pay R2300 ( supposedly for a 1 mbps pipe ) for a 512 k pipe. Cheaper to get a 512k uncapped from IS for R1540 or so.
