Hi all. Im very clueless when it comes to these things so bare with me while i try and explain the problem im stuck with. About a month ago i changed from telkom lte to a wisp(jnd which is using liquid telecoms hence why im putting this under neotel). The new connection was great and playing Battlefield 1 had zero issues. A few days ago i started getting pings on the local Battlefield servers in the region of 190ms+ where it use to run at around 11-30ms ping.
Local speed tests where showing that everything was fine.
I then did a trace route to the id3 servers which are hosting the Battlefield servers. (attached). Seems that between two of the seacom data centres the ping goes up. Its also not alway the same two but always two seacom ones. I checked all the seacom hops are located in jhb so its not going oor.
Could some whos isp routes data through seacom data centres please do a trace route to check if they get the same. Also if anyone could shine some light on the topic i would appreciate it.
