Especially with Java + Oracle experience.
 
Looks like all the jobs and recruitment companies that phone are from Jhb. Where is Cape Town on the I.T job map...

You could go with Communicate to get a job in Cape Town .... but I think it's probably better to go through Hire Resolve
 
DataFin in CT are pretty good.

Edit: with that skills set (though I've no idea what most of those Java acronyms means) I'd imagine he'd have recruiters parked in caravans outside his house. Even in CT. Maybe apply at Amazon/Google?
