Highly-skilled people leave SA

SA companies still think they can get away with kak offers, told the company you go and live on that salary you offering me and then get back to me lol

I was offered over a bar a year two months ago by an SA based company. They’d laugh at me if I told them this…

Due to job shortage in SA sadly, many of those "kak offers" have a lot of competition to the extent employers can pick and choose. It's a troubling time.

Problem is this guy hates change of any kind, he is on the autism spectrum, and now even he says that the issues are bad enough for him to consider making the move. Already has 22 Spreadsheets of data compiled on various destinations.

Funny story. I also created a complex Excel with a few destinations and later on a project plan of everything that needs to be done. My brother asked for it

More specifically, Mobile development. Finding a good iOS developer in this country is super difficult. I resigned from my current company and have a 60 day notice - which ends next week and we have not been able to find a single candidate that meets the right criteria. It's gotten so bad that my last company even set up a graduates program to help young people out of uni to build skills they need.
