I got you, but remember, you'll have to abide by the Basic conditions of employment act. An employee has to work 45 hours a week (Monday to Friday), anything above that is overtime and you have to pay them 1.5 times of their hourly rate.

That doesn't sound accurate at all. I know of people who just work weekends and people who work 40 hours a week.

Anyway I don't need anybody for that amount of time

It is accurate, those are the maximum hours to work per week before overtime kicks in. One can work anything between 1 and 45 hours.
