Excellent, do share!

Ends up being fairly simple. Rstp connection in VLC is basically

rstp://admin:{verification code}@{ip address}

Looks like default port.

The bit that threw me is the verification code. Turns out the NVR didn't actually change these and nowhere does it state that these are actually the admin password. So I had to look on the sticker of each of the cameras to get these (good thing too as in some cases they were practically peeling off due to weather).

I tried ONVIF too but the cameras do not want to play ball yet. So at the moment you would have to access them via the NVR or die EZVIZ software if you want to change any settings. This unfortunately also means no motion detection.

But it is probably enough to get video and stills in Home Assistant and other software such as Zoneminder.
 
I'm interested in buying one of the OpenIrrigation boards, just a couple of questions to the Smartkit guys.

It doesn't mention the amount of zones on the page, but it looks like it's 16?
Where else can I buy the mains transformer from, I see you don't have stock?
Will ANY irrigation valve work with this? Any you can recommend?
Can you also control a water pump from this?

Anyone know where I can get electrical wall plugs with ethernet ports in it as well?

If the filter gets clogged it will affect flow rate. Monitor the flow rate (just introduce a parallel pipe to the main flow and install the flow meter in that) and set up parameters/actions:

I'll check the software to make sure it can handle this scenario.

Can it be used in my pool filter and cut off pump when filter gets clogged?

Tech support confirms it will monitor flow rate and send alert/perform action according to your parameters.

Hi RVZ

It has 16 zones. We can easily get more transformers, or just purchase from ACDC Express. Additionally we have some recommendations on casing, if you don't have one. The solenoids have to run DC current to work, so AC won't work - but this should cover most.

This PCB is multi purpose and will run anything with +/- 12-24V DC current if that's what your pump runs.

I used the acdc uty4 enclosure, but rather go for the ut4 enclosure from allbro. They also sell the backing plate and mounting feet. They 2 enclosures looks the same but the allbro has the mounting points for the backing plate and feet.
