Ya for people who have poor hygiene it is better but still the thought of someone not washing their dick after sex or only once a day freaks me out.

The cosmetic surgery industry is huge. People are unhappy will all kinds of body parts and wish it altered. That does not mean there is something wrong with that body part, but rather with that person's self image.
