We talking about many years ago right? Not recently? So plot thickens just read bond registration doc and the bank noted that title deed and all house diagrams needed to be logged... Did the attorneys mess up? If this isn't on file?
Chances are it was just overlooked. So plot thickens just read bond registration doc and the bank noted that title deed and all house diagrams needed to be logged... Did the attorneys mess up? If this isn't on file?
Likely gonna be what I do just trying to play out every scenario and I just need to chill!Chances are it was just overlooked.
You're not gonna get any mileage out of it so just get some new plans drawn up and include everything on those plans...
Yip. I'm sitting with an undisclosed subsidence issue and my lawyer advised me to move on unless I want to wait 3 years while we sue the seller.Chances are it was just overlooked.

Yes chill. Our goverment services are more useless than you think. They don't have time or money or energy to worry about anything that will require them to move from their seat.Likely gonna be what I do just trying to play out every scenario and I just need to chill!
.... and the agent is nowhere to be seen.Yip. I'm sitting with an undisclosed subsidence issue and my lawyer advised me to move on unless I want to wait 3 years while we sue the seller.
Of course. She probably went on a nice holiday with her commission though. Bless her soul.... and the agent is nowhere to be seen.

Going to embark on some home renovations soon and need plans drawn up etc.
We have a lets call it stoep coming off the kitchen, its got foundation bricks up to 80% height of the roof and roof. We want to enclose this, I believe this will need plans, now my question is is the original structure also one that would have needed plans? its about 30m2

Actually, you would probably just go through the whole of Part 2 in that doc and check what is relevant.

Yeah it extends from the kitchen, and can effectively increase the covered portion by 30m2 want to make it a utility/scullery/conservatory area.Oh ok cool project.
I'm busy checking what it will take to get myself registered in South Africa. Looks like it will be a 3-year process but might be able to do it faster if they accept my experience / portfolio.Lapa, stoep and carport not on plan. Getting quotes to get all sorted
