Honda quotation fee

I really did not think about this. I actually thought they would be able to check my airbags without. After a lot of arguing they've decided not to charge me a quotation fee. I don't know what made them change their mind but I'm glad I don't need to pay extra for no good reason.
 
Well done for sticking to your guns.
Tough times now so I'm sure they wanted to make a quick buck out of you. If it really was their policy or procedure to charge a quotation fee then they would not have backed off.
