Honda S2000 owners feedback

You are comparing a 2 seater naturally-aspirated roadster to a turbocharged 4 seater sedan?

My bad, but you still can't compare these 2 vehicles. They are in a totally different class.

Far as I've heard the S2000 is one of the most reliable cars out there, I think in Top Gear they mentioned that none of the S2000 manufactured (didn't say which area) had any reported engine failures, not 100% on that fact tho.

Also like previously posted the rev limiter was decreased because the stroke has increased, it's standard for a motor's rev limit to come down as the stroke increases.

Not only s2000 VTEC engines, and I quote Clarkson back in 2003 "In the last 13 years Honda has made 15 million VTEC engines and they have never, not once had a single failure"

The S2000 was on Car and Driver's Ten Best list for 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2004.

The S2000 was the highest-ranked model in the J.D. Power and Associates Vehicle Dependability Study "Premium Sports Car" class for 2004, 2006, and 2008 and has consistently held one of the top three positions.

The F20C engine won the International Engine of the Year award in the "1.8 to 2 litre" size category for five years from 2000 through 2004.

The F20C was featured on Ward's 10 Best Engines list for 2000 and 2001.

The S2000 ranked number #1 in the BBC Top Gear survey in 2004, 2005, and 2006.
