I looked into Team EXE and Voltaic, and they sure do spend thousands upon thousands on aim trainers. I don't know where they get the time, but they do placements. I am not going to look that deep into it, and aim trainers have their hackers too, but their time doesn't seem to be idle time. I only went through three accounts and got the gist.

So... maybe? I am not convinced it is legit, but then again, some claim that "legit" cheats aren't breaking the rules, either. Yeah, the lines are blurred.

Legit cheats or rage cheats, cheating is cheating. Period.

Just to add. The accounts I have viewed all have more than a thousand hours in CSGO/CS2 with a +50% headshot average. A-hem.

Even with thousands of hours on aim trainers, you can't snap to targets like that. Cronus, aimbots etc let you do that because their inputs are digital not analog...

Yes, but I am trying to understand the aim community, in this context, and what they do? Is it a hacking charade? I dunno.

Back in the day playing Quake 2, and FEAR... Beating the snot out of people. I was also called a cheater just for being "too good".

Sometimes it just not cheating, and people are just really that good.

I watch Quake Champions. It is a normal twitch. The esports players don't switch like the person in the OP.

The eDPI is also a consistent observation.

DMA IS IN THE DNA.

Cheating is such a huge industry and it is ever evolving. When you have a TEAM of people working to crack a game as their 9 to 5 job vs Jannie in the corner at EA that tries a little here and there every now and then to catch cheaters.

Online gamers can have significant egos... streamers even more so.
They then get propped up by their communities that sing their praises.

This can very quickly become "NOBODY CAN KILL ME UNLESS THEY CHEAT [because otherwise I look like a normie to my community]" and/or "I can't keep up, everyone is on the juice so I need to juice too".

Very obvious cheating.

Aim snap is one thing, the pro's can do it really well.
Pre aiming/firing is another thing, you can do it if you know the map well.

But at 0:13 you have aim snap, through cover, with perfect prediction of where the player is on a beta map with elevation changes, and again you have it at 0.28 albeit this time they don't fire cause they realized the player wasn't visible yet.
They messed up and got caught.

Lots of cheating streamers out there, I remember that Nadia girl from a while ago. Cool clips = more interaction = *in a Mr Crabs voice* MONEY!!!

Some game publishers and developers are taking a more proactive stance. They are willing to take cheat developers to the cleaners. Valve is in an odd spot, not touching too much on it, but they built a casino, and it was an open invitation, which is as much as I will add.

Yes, hack developing has grown, and it is a lucrative business. Then there are some gaming peripherals that are banned at esports; some gaming companies will soon introduce AI assistants, and these are real brands that ordinary people purchase.

There are instances where cheating is allowed. For example, a single-player experience or a custom multiplayer instance. Then it isn't actual cheating.

Players who cheat on scoreboards, especially cheat runners, get raked over the coals all the time when caught. For some reason, it is more acceptable elsewhere. Perhaps the cheat-running communities have better stalwarts than others. They have custom runs, too.

I am amused by all this. It is uncertain whether the Riley person did indeed cheat; hence the headline, "Honest opinion."

It is EA's and the BF Studios responsibility to analyse Riley's inputs and act accordingly. Say Riley did cheat, then it should be addressed; otherwise, it will encourage more players to start switching, so to speak.

I am sure there are many streamers who are cheating. Come on, viewbotting is cheating, too. It is a competitive business.

I had a quick look at this Riley's person's CS record. It is pristine; nothing odd other than a +50% headshot percentage. Nothing suspicious, though there is something I will touch on at the end. A +50% headshot is not improbable, but you need to be a high-percentage aiming player. Aiming in CS is not simple; in addition to aim, you need to deal with movement, spread, recoil, and weapon patterns.

No VAC, never played with someone with a VAC record, so, in argument, Riley's account is cleaner than mine. I don't play FACEIT, so I can't compare the overall stats with mine. I have been ranked higher in CS matchmaking, and some stats are better. We are equal 1v1 players.

Riley's utility use sucks; why is that? That is unusual. You can't play FACEIT without knowing utility; you can't be high-ranked without knowing utility.

This is where I will wrap it up. From now on, I will call out any and all cheaters in this thread.
