HOSTKING offline since 2:30

I am hosting with Hostking, and I have a deadline to finish up a clients site.

I resolve to wake up at 2 . . . and boom I can't access ANY of my sites.

So I quickly try aad go to their site to ask why my sites are down, and their own site is down.

This has happened far too many times, where my sites just go down. Can anyone recommend a reliable hosting solution that does not charge an arm and a leg?

I imagine that they would schedule backups around that time. Were the sites taking long to load and eventually timed out or just didn't work at all?
