How can i Contact Microsoft in SA

I need to get my Activation code but it's blocking me because instead of PRO , somehow an ENTERPRISE got installed.
I've raised numerous tickets via the online MS platform - but no one is answering.
I've always done manual installations/upgrades before . This time I've decided to use the MS store and get a digital key .... such a disaster. It gives me the error code 0XC004C003
Any advise will help.

By the way, the blocking problems are only happening to the unvaccinated - have you noticed?
