Tried Allan Carr - self hypnosis doesn't work for me. Tried Champix - felt like a completely different person while on it, and not in a good way. Also, nausea, so I stopped. Tried going CT - but I couldn't stand the haze it left my brain in. Vaping may be my only option.
Yeah Champix dreams were ****ed up. Luckily I only did it for 2 weeks.Champix made me a vile person with terrible dreams of killing people. But I didn't even finish the one month packet I was given. The doctor said I should do it for 3 months and I just stopped. I guess actually wanting to stop helped

I am really struggling with stopping. Managed to stop for 7 months and I found myself smoking again, so angry with myself right now
I've managed to switch the smokes for vaping.. that was a lot easier than I expected. Planning on stopping that ad well in the not too distant future.
Stop again. You've done it before. Beating yourself up about it doesn't accomplish anything.I am really struggling with stopping. Managed to stop for 7 months and I found myself smoking again, so angry with myself right now
Get some mild anti-depressants to take the craving away then ween yourself off of the anti-depressants.

Agreed I never understood how they think inhaling water vapor onto their lungs as being healthier, edema anyone.

I knew I would get a negative comment on my suggestion but it has helped me.Supplementing a drug for another drug is generally never a good idea. Not sure why this method is ever advocated.
