how do i connect wow via proxy?

i have this proxy its an HTTP proxy and i checked it withProxifier and its working fine, but when i launch apps with it that i have created thhe rules all it does it say the the app couldnt connect example:

but its a valid proxy, i dont know what seems to be the problem, my modem connection is bridged so no moden F/W, if someone can please help i need to download rthe patches via this proxy
