How do I work DynDNS?

I am trying to access SickBeard on my media pc via the internet.

1. I have set up port forwarding on my router to the media PC (port 3390).
2. I have opened a DynDns account.
3. I have entered the DynDns settings in my router.
4. check for typo's
5. Profit. Or at least a connection to sickbeard.


What am I missing?
