Just load everything on OneDrive…. do you get a backup service for OneDrive?
Onedrive is decent as a personal backup, though critical stuff you should ideally have 2+1

I recently had an issue due to a windows update and some late night fat fingering where I deleted a bunch of stuff I shouldn't have, and clicking through that trash can to restore was onerous - but onedrive has a "point in time" restore too,so I just told it to revert to the previous night

Google Drive and Google Photos, duplicating to iCloud Drive and iCloud Photos.

And Time Machine backups to my Unraid server.

This poll should have had multiple selections to be useful.

Gosh I ain't got much data worth backing up. Maybe SARS stuff but even then I could hopefully get everything from the various institutions in a pinch.
Photos I guess but I lose those I can maybe see what my wife has.
I got a big a$$ safe that we store birth certificates, passports and IDs, contracts what what; does that count?
